FAQ

Where is YuuzoArt based?

YuuzoArt is a Hong Kong–based jewelry brand. Current orders are made to order and fulfilled from Foshan, China.

Is the jewelry made in Japan?

No. YuuzoArt is inspired by Japanese dark minimalism, but current products are not described as Japanese-made.

What material do you use?

Current product listings use 925 sterling silver unless the individual product page states otherwise. We do not list unverified stone, weight or process details.

How long does an order take?

Production normally takes 3–5 business days. Standard shipping normally takes 8–12 business days after production; expedited shipping normally takes 5–8 business days.

Will I pay import duties?

Possibly. Duties and taxes may be assessed by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient.

How do returns work?

Contact us first. Approved returns are sent to China using the address we provide. Ordinary return postage is paid by the customer; confirmed faulty, incorrect or transit-damaged items are handled by YuuzoArt as required by law.

How do I choose a size?

Use our Size Guide and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Current items are made to order, so size changes may not be possible once production begins.
