Returns & Exchanges

All current YuuzoArt products are made to order. Where permitted by law, clearly identified personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Future non-personalized, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Authorization

Contact us before returning any item. After a return is approved, we will provide the return address in China. Do not send a return without authorization.

Return Costs

For ordinary authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for tracked international return postage, secure packaging and related costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

For a confirmed faulty, incorrect or transit-damaged item, YuuzoArt will provide an appropriate remedy and cover or reimburse reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's country or region. Statutory rights take priority if they provide greater protection.
