Shipping
Orders ship from Foshan, China.
- Standard shipping: 8-12 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance. Import duties, taxes or other charges may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by us before you send anything back. Once authorized, items are returned to our address in China.
- For ordinary returns, the buyer pays for tracked return shipping.
- For items confirmed by us as faulty, incorrect or damaged, YuuzoArt covers the return shipping costs.
Please use a tracked service for all returns so the parcel can be traced.
