Production Time

All current YuuzoArt products are made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Where Orders Ship From

Orders are fulfilled from Foshan, China and shipped worldwide to enabled destinations.

Estimated Transit Times

Standard shipping normally takes 8–12 business days after production. Expedited shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after production.

Transit estimates do not include production time, customs processing, carrier disruption, peak-period congestion or exceptional delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not collected consistently at checkout. Depending on the destination, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local customs or tax authorities.

Address Accuracy

Please check the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
