1. ABOUT YUUZOART
This website and store are operated by Yuuzo International Limited, trading as YuuzoArt. Throughout these Terms, “YuuzoArt”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yuuzo International Limited. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.
2. USING OUR STORE
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your country or region and must provide accurate, current and complete order and account information.
3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph every product accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours and details appear. All current YuuzoArt products are made to order and normally require 3–5 business days of production before dispatch. Product availability, descriptions and prices may be changed or discontinued without notice.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we issue confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, information is inaccurate, stock or production is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. Because production may begin shortly after an order is accepted, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. PRICES, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Prices are shown in the currency selected for the relevant market. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not collected consistently at checkout; the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by local customs or tax authorities.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled from Foshan, China. Standard transit normally takes 8–12 business days after production; expedited transit normally takes 5–8 business days after production. Delivery estimates exclude production time, customs processing, carrier disruption, peak-period congestion and exceptional delays. 7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY ITEMS
Return eligibility, authorization and costs are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy at https://yuuzoart.com/policies/refund-policy. All current products are made to order. Where permitted by law, clearly identified personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Approved returns must be sent to the address in China supplied after authorization; do not return an item without approval. For confirmed faulty, incorrect or transit-damaged items, YuuzoArt will provide an appropriate remedy and cover or reimburse reasonable return costs where required. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand names, product names, designs, text, photographs, graphics, video and other content are owned by or licensed to YuuzoArt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, review, social-media and analytics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. YuuzoArt is powered by Shopify, but purchases from this store are made directly with Yuuzo International Limited, not Shopify.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy at https://yuuzoart.com/policies/privacy-policy. Information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support.
11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; collect personal information without authorization; or misuse our content, systems or services.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and delivery estimates are not guarantees. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory warranty, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer right.
13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will take effect as required by applicable law. The version in effect when your order is accepted will apply to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or region. Any dispute may be brought before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
